Q. Is there the connecting room?
A. We are sorry, but we don't have connecting room.
Restaurant
Q. Can I reserve restaurants?
A. We cannot help to make a reservation for restaurants before you check in. Because we have to pay your cancellation fee if you don't show up at the restaurant but we don't have credit card authority systems. In a meanwhile it is our pleasure to help any assistance while you staying at our hotel that do not hesitate to contact our receptionist anytime.

Q. Is it possible to send my luggage before the day of stay?
A. We can keep your deliver things in advance. When you want to send luggage to the hotel please be sure to write your name (English name) and arrival date on the slip.
Q. Can I reserve the jumbo taxi?
A. If you want to make a reservation of jumbo taxi, please inform us one day before.
